摘要:The Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method is widely adopted for simulating free-surface fluid flows, yet it encounters challenges in accurately modeling droplet impact on microcone-structured surfaces. This paper presents a nonlocal SPH method to simulate complex three-dimensional pancake bouncing dynamics of droplets on superhydrophobic microcone arrays. For the simulation of droplet surface tension, intermolecular attractive forces are introduced. The relationship between these attractive forces and surface tension coefficient is rigorously derived, thereby avoiding the non-universal and potentially unreliable nature of empirically adjusted attraction parameter. The microcone array structure presents fundamental challenges for normal direction determination and causes conventional contact algorithms to fail or become unstable. To address this, a pseudo-pressure is introduced for fluid particles, which indirectly regulates fluid dynamics to enable stable pancake bouncing simulation.Numerical simulations are conducted for various scenarios and validated against experimental data, demonstrating the accuracy and stability of the proposed method.
