报告摘要 ：In this talk, we systematically investigate the global smooth solutions or geometric blowup of nonlinear wave equations with the short pulse initial data, and the related sufficient and necessary conditions are given. These works are joint with Prof. Ding Bingbing and Prof. Xin Zhouping.

嘉宾简介：尹会成，男，南京师范大学教授，研究方向为流体动力学中的超音速流和跨音速激波理论，非线性波动方程经典解的爆破机制，非线性双曲方程解的整体奇性结构和奇性传播理论等。目前在Comm. Pure Appl. Math.，Comm. Math. Phys.，Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.，Advances in Math.，SIAM J. Math. Anal.，Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations等数学杂志上共发表论文100余篇。
