摘要：In this webinar, the notion of bifurcation control will be introduced. Elementary bifurcation theory of nonlinear dynamical systems will be briefly reviewed and basic control techniques for various bifurcations will be illustrated.

This webinar is not to report the state-of-the-art results or current progress on the subject, but rather, to familiarize both mathematics and engineering students with the interdisciplinary research on bifurcation control.

个人简介：陈关荣教授现为香港城市大学电子工程系讲座教授，复杂性和复杂网络中心主任。

国际电气与电子工程师协会会士，欧洲科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士。曾三次获国家自然科学奖二等（分别排名第一，第二，第三）。曾获北京大学长江讲座教授，复旦大学顾问教授等。
